| An NYPD detective accidentally kills his cop girlfriend after receiving a (fake) gun run call from a project. He's later sent to Puerto Rico for work despite not speaking Spanish. A hurricane hits the island. He and his new partner take a call that takes them via a market to an apartment building with a couple of old men who'll not evacuate.
